Stair nose installation question
Hi Joe I have installed all of my flooring except the last 2 rows which include the long step down into the sunken living room. I had to order a new stair nose to match the floor color. The profile that came was not what i was expecting and I am not sure how to install it. I will attach a picture here of the profile that is going onto a square step with no overhang. Please let me know if I can use this profile or if I have to return it. It took 3 weeks to get this and I am not finding any other options available here in Alaska.

Hi Renee,
You don’t want that plastic stuff; It’s fragile. Here’s what I used and it works great. Of course you’ll want a different color.
