    Hi Joe, hope this helps get me started. The main part of the room is actually nice and square! It does go off a tad at the end of the MB hall leading into the living room. I have added the whole floor plan as a reminder of our layout (pic 2). The starter room is hard measured as shown in pic (1). I am not sure we can get that seam to land good for both thresholds in the master room and hall past the living room. So we could just leave that out and keep the carpet if that will make life easier for me.

    Option 2 and I think we can go this rt. grey areas would not get planks.
