    Hi Joe,

I am working on leveling out the floor before putting in LVP, I have been grinding down the highs and working on filling the lows. I have been having a hard time getting a smooth finish with Henry 547 and just realized you recommend Henry 549. Should I use Henry 549 instead? Looking at both I cant see what is different between the two. I have been mixing 3 quart to 1 quart with cold water because of the heat and it just seems to get tacky quick and can’t smooth it nice. Is the finish important or just make sure it level? I will be using a 7mm padded plank with a padded vapor barrier underlayment that needs subfloors to be flat within 1/8″ over 6’ and 3/16″
    over 10’

    Thanks,

    Phil

Thanks for the quick reply! I look into getting the 549 and put a top coat over the 547. Thanks again for all the help you give. I have the planks ordered, about 1300 Sq Ft worth, so I’m sure I will be asking for more advice later.
