    Hi Joe,

I finished laying rigid vinyl core plank in my master bedroom. It is CoreLuxe Ultra from LL. As you can see from the photo, I was able to maintain the 1/4” gap along the entire wall except for this portion running adjacent to the bathroom door threshold, which is marble. Do I need to go back and cut a gap along the threshold and cover it with quarter round, or should it be ok since the gap was maintained throughout the rest of the room?

    Thanks,

    Jay

Is is it gapped on the opposite wall?

If it is you should be ok. I usually like to leave an 1/8th inch. You can always let it go and cut it later if there is a problem or just do it now. You can add quarter round or use silicone.

Thanks, Joe. It is gapped 1/4” all along the opposite wall. I may just use the oscillating saw to open it up a bit and add some quarter round. I was trying to avoid leaving a visible gap right at the inside corner of the door casing, which is how I ended up with little to no gap at the marble threshold.

      Thanks,

      Jay
