Hi Joe. Currently I have hardwood floor in the Kitchen and foyer at the entrance to the house. I plan on putting laminate flooring in those areas and also in every room except the 2 bedrooms. I am looking for a starting point for the laminate and also a direction for the laminate. I am planning on installing the laminate in the next few weeks.

Thanks Joe for the video. In the video you mentioned starting on the South side and then working up from that point. My question is would you establish a chalk line from the hallway like you talk about in your videos or in this case would you just measure off the South wall where you talked about starting in the video?
