blueprint request
Hello,
I tried the ‘free’ software to get a drawing of my home but ran in to a lot of difficulty with all my angled walls so resorted to paper. (Also you have to buy the software in order to save, share or print.) Anyway, hope these pictures are sufficient. I am looking for guidance on the direction to lay the flooring. Specifically the flooring on the main level runs from the front of the house to the back (I will be replacing it next) and the hallway ‘direction’ is somewhat of a ‘T’. The third attachment is a quick sketch of that hallway on the first level since I presume we will want to keep direction uniform on both levels. (I will improve that drawing at a later time to get blueprint on that level)
On the second level the hallway is an L shape. Would really appreciate your take on this. I do like the look of long planks in hallways.

Sorry Joe that my note wasn’t clear. I am doing the upper lever first. The lower level entry way sketch I only included in case plank direction had to be the same so you could get an idea of the scope of the hallway. Since we don’t, could we ignore the lower level for now and just start up top? Here’s the bathroom off the master bedroom that you wanted a picture of. Also a picture of the door situation in that room. Let me know what else you need.

Thank you! The only thing I need from you is the plank direction you decide to go with. My next opening for a blueprint is on the 30th, I can put you down for that date. If you need more time to decide, that is ok.

Hi Joe,
Tuesday is fine. Thank-you. I’m going to go with your suggestions to run the planks north south. The planks are 9 inches wide. Not sure if you need that info for the blueprint.
