Hi Joe-
I’m attaching a couple pictures. The first is the manufacturer’s instructions on installing this floor- looks like I’m not to use an underlayment- and I’m not to secure the floor to the subfloor in any way. What are your thoughts on this? Should I not secure it at all? Should I let it be totally floating? What are the pros/cons of this floating method?
Anyways the second picture is a look at some of the lockers I’d be considering, something similar to this anyways… As you can see they will be mounted to the floor or framed on the floor if nothing else. When I get to that point, if the floor is floating, should I just cut the flooring out from underneath the lockers?
