Thank you Josh!!! It will be kind of difficult to cut the wood without hitting the concrete at some point. With that being said you could buy some cheap blades for a circular saw and cut the floor into small sections. Like 2×2 sections. Or just one row at a time brother.
It would be very similar to tearing out vinyl and quarter inch underlayment. Check that video out.
