Wb6anp blueprint request
Here is my drawing, I have some strange angles, and the main bedroom has existing glue down vinyl strips only about 1/16th thick so Ill need the taper the edges. it is all concrete slab. The kitchen counter is angled on the living room side I just couldn’t get that to draw right. I am installing LVP.

I see in my original drawing I forgot a door opening on the north side here is an updated drawing. and we are going to remove the carpet from the main closet and add LVP in there as well.

And our main bathroom and tub area. Ceramic tile to the floor on the tub.

I found a flooring site where we could take a picture and turn the flooring in it, My wife thought the flooring looked best east and west because that is the long direction in our living room. Ill show her your video. Also here is the kitchen/peninsula wall I couldn’t draw right.

I also forgot to add in the Fireplace, Haven’t decided whether to try and under cut the bricks, or just frame it in. No one around me rents a saw for undercutting.

I am working out of the office today and will get to this tonight. Maybe by then you can discuss the direction with your wife. It is completely your choice on that, I am only sharing what to expect when installing it either direction.

Thanks she said I can install the other way. This is what the builder of the house installed in the main bedroom, glue down vinyl planks, can I install over this ? it is about 1/16 inch thick.

Keith, are you doing the closet areas in the Master bath?

Yes we will be doing all the closets but the rest are just rectangles.

Had to order feather fill from amazon, neither our Lowes or Home depot, or diy store had any.

Also, you can use Henry’s 549 which should be available at Home Depot. Ardex is better though.

I ordered Ardex, My local HD and lowes were both out of Henrys, or Ardex.

Yes the closet is a full walk around. We need to pull the carpet either way, we think the previous owners let their dog use it as a bathroom as it is stained, as is all the carpet in the other rooms.

Thanks, Now I guess I’ll take time off my other project to do my flooring, I have been building an airplane for 2.5 years, so far I estimate another year to 1.5 years till I finish it.

Here is the kitchen you had a question about, the lower wall isn’t a wall but the end of the cabinet. And I thought I had posted a picture of the shape of our toe kicks on all cabinets. I guess under cut the angled parts?

Not a year and a half for the floor, and Year and a half more to finish the plane.
