When I removed the current laminate from the dining room, the panels were pretty stuck to the floor, we thought they might have glued them down but when we removed them from the kitchen it came off easy. How do I prep this subfloor it’s full of some sticky adhesive? Even some of the underlayment of the previous floor is stuck to it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks for your advice on the sticky subfloor. I have another question pertaining to floor prep. I watched the video you sent and it addressed what to do about the gaps I have but another issue i’m coming across is my plywood subfloor does not sit flush to each other in a lot of the seams. What should I do about it? I read to purchase a planer. I attached a photo of my issue that I found of the internet.
