Hi Joe,
I used the smart draw but it will not allow me to export the drawing unless I buy the license.
Can you use my login to smart draw to view the drawing? I took a picture of the drawing using my phone, will that work?

Once you get back to me on the drawing I will go through the other questions you asked in the other post.

Thank you Joe, I will get that screenshot to you

Joe,
Here is the screen shot. Let me know if this works.
Thank you,
Mike

Joe,
Nothing getting done upstairs. Carpet on steps going up to bedrooms. LVP on steps going down to rec room and bathroom. Across from bathroom is the utility room, furnace, hot water tank, etc. I will have about a foot of LVP into this room. Not sure what to use for the step down area and the top step going downstairs.
Thank you,
Mike Rysh

Just a FYI
The stove and fridge are away from the back wall for painting.

The floor’s had laminate planks originally, so the lvp will fit under the hearth. I didn’t draw the front windows correctly. There is no space at the window, it should be a wall line. I like the north and south plank direction. Next week is fine for the blueprint, I still have to replace some of the 3/4 inch plywood floor in the living room. Thank you for the info on the overlapping stair nose.
I was looking at stair nose for laminate.
Thank you,
Mike

Mike, I have looked everywhere and I am not sure you ever gave me an answer on plank direction?
-
Mike, in the blueprint video I caught myself calling you Bill a couple times, I am really sorry for that my friend.

Hi Joe,
Thank you for the blueprint. No worries on calling me Bill. Hope you get well soon. Also thank you for the prayers, as I turn 68 next week, I need all the help I can get. In the utility room picture what was the molding to use on the floor and lvp transition? I also have a picture of the stair nose I got from floor and decor. I started in the rec room learning a lot from the blueprint and videos. As I get more done, I will share more pictures.
Thank you,
Mike

I forgot to ask you about the underlayment that I am using for the rec room concrete floor. It was from the old laminate planks used upstairs. It has a plastic film on one side and foam on the other side. I put the plastic film side down on the concrete and foam side under lvp. My thinking was that the plastic film acts as a vapor barrier. Did I install this right?
Thanks,
Mike
