Requesting a blueprint and coaching

I will be installing Brilliance SPC w/pad over concrete. Comment on material if you have one please.

Type: Luxury Vinyl PlankThe original (early 70’s) tile has been demo’d as well as the newer glued down area in the kitchen leaving black mastic in most of the rooms. A marble entry has created a couple of small level transitions that will need to be floated out. I plan to install direct on the concrete with no additional pad or vapor barrier if you agree?
