New project
Hey Joe,
The time is almost upon me to start this project. I will be taking out the old floor which includes tile in both bathrooms and kitchen and vinyl planks and laminate in the rest of the floorplan. I can already feel two seperate humps under the floor which worries me and I’m not too sure how I’m going to handle that. I am on the second floor so I know it’s not concrete below me. Planks are going to run East to West and I’ll let you know how the grooves and tongues are on the planks once I pick them up on Wednesday when escrow closes.
Anyway here is a rough draft of my condo, I will get dimensions in there once I get the keys to the place.
