House Flooring Complete!
What a fun project! I finished up the last of the flooring last week (except for a stairnose i’m waiting on for the bird’s room step). We still have baseboards/trim to finish up, but the floors are done.
Thank you, Joe, so much for the blueprint service you provide. It was invaluable. I had very little stress during this project knowing that all of the answers I needed were in the video, or if they weren’t I could just pop on and ask.
This week I’ll add photos as I find my before pics and resize to fit here on the forums.

Master Bed, Bath, Closet
Pics from before the baseboards & trim were finished, but we got that done this weekend!
We have some fun angles in the house (that shower entry)!
There was a complete shower retiling at the start of this project, and I redid the closets because I wasn’t putting that old stuff on my pretty new floor. 🙂 -

That flooring cutter….that thing is the BEST! I wouldn’t do a floor without it. I had less than a dozen cuts with the jigsaw, everything else was done on this cutter. Saved so much time not having to go out to cut the pieces and the cuts are so neat and perfect.

Sorry for the delay, I didn’t even see a message come through. I purchased the D-Cut AK-360 Universal Flooring Cutter. It was about $750, and I ordered from a place called Tools4Flooring, but it’s probably available other places. It was delivered within 3 days of order.

Thank you! It was a long process. But mentally I gave myself 8-10 weeks so I could do one room/area per week—especially since we were doing baseboards/trim too.
I had to watch my blueprint video every week as I went to the next area, and it made everything so easy. Glad I wrote down the times to each section as you mentioned.

Master Closet- AKA Java’s favorite spot to sleep at night.
These pics were in the master bedroom reply, but when i re-ordered the photos they wouldn’t show up. So here they are.

Kitchen
By the time I got to the kitchen floors, everything we owned was being stored partially in it, lol (and it was like that for many of the rooms after the master). I scrounged up an older photo that at least has the floors in it, and some current photos even though there’s furniture covering up a bit of it.
Check out those nice cuts along the dishwasher cabinet!!
Still finishing the baseboards in this area. -

It is an amazing tool! You probably didn’t see it because I was uploading still, but I wrote in the Family Room pics:

Bedroom2 & Hall
This area had some crazy angles at the hall/bedroom doorway. I probably spent an hour in the doorway alone, lol. -
Hall Bathroom & Laundry
I don’t really have pics of the hall bathroom (or the hall closet). Same floor as kitchen/entry/laundry. There’s one pic with a little glimpse into the bathroom floor. But, it’s small so there isn’t much to show.
Still adding baseboards to the hall area. -

1+ year later – I absolutely looooove my floors. They look amazing and there’s not a scratch, crack, dent, gap, or split anywhere.
I would totally do it all again with Joe’s help!
