Hi Joe. Glad I found this great resource and community. I was just about ready to give up and call the contractor, when I ran across this site, but now I’m committed to DIY. I believe your advice on my specific project will help me get through. I’m installing 1,050 sq ft of Coreluxe Ultra 7mm Copper Barrel Oak EVP in a below grade basement. The boards are 8″ w x 48″ l. I’ve seen several of your videos. Do you agree with running the boards parallel with the long wall on the left edge of the drawing? Outdoor lighting runs parallel to that wall as well. Any general observations or questions? Thank you.

Just terrific. Thanks for the consultation. Yep, you correctly guessed that block of walls encloses the staircase. So much badly needed information you’re giving me here, tailored to my specific situation. Your YouTube content is great. Joining the University adds even more real value to the well done YouTube content. BTW it’s back to cold here in Northern VA. Cheers
