Gap opening up – can I glue it?
Hey Joe! I hope you’re doing well! My project is coming along. I’ve completed two bedrooms, two hallways, a couple of closets, and a play room. I noticed in the hallway, a couple of the boards are separating over time. I have not put baseboards in yet. Can I tap them apart a little, drop some glue in, and tap them back together? The tongue and groove are still intact. The picture attached doesn’t represent how far apart they gapped. It was a larger gap before I tapped them back together a bit. The hallway runs the direction of the arrows, and I circled the gap.
