Flooring Layout/Blueprint Request, Miller 1st Floor
Hi Joe,
We’ve tackled the master bath and closet and are ready to take on the1st floor rooms of the house. Thanks to you they look AWESOME!
We are using the same LVP flooring as the Master Bath/Closet which has the tongue on the Left and Top of the Plank and the Groove on the Bottom and the Right side of the plank. They measure 7″ x 43 3/8″ on the face.
The subfloor is Concrete with the exception of the Front Room which is elevated with an OSB subfloor.
In addition to the floorplan, we are attaching pictures of the door thresholds except the front door. We have a lot of questions about the condition of the existing flooring in that room and plan to do it LAST and will reach out to you at that time.

I could give you a run down of both directions if that will help you decide.

Hi Joe,
Yes, that is the direction we were thinking of going with the plank. I am attaching some close-up pictures of the doorways and also of the railing/wall that separates the front room upper area from the dining area. We will be removing all the baseboards and the quarter-round from the Front Room before installing the flooring.
