Floor plan – Need help starting point
Hi Joe, I need help on where to start, plank direction, etc.
I have to start in the living room/dining/kitchen area since the floor here is demolished already. I have furniture in my master bedroom. The x-ed out areas either do not require flooring below it, or I will go with a different type of flooring.
I will be using lifeproof vinyl plank from home depot.

Hi Joe, thanks a bunch for the video! I got really excited to start and messed up below a door jam. I forgot to undercut the door jam and slide the board under. In my head I thought it was a regular wall where I had to leave an an expansion gap.
I’m not sure what is the best route for this, should I take up that section and redo it, or is there a way to remove/repair it without taking up the 3 boards? Worried about taking it up since the board against the wall has a long but thin strip, and i’ll have to work backwards on that portion.
