Floor layout Blueprint Request
Hi Joe,
I am finishing my basement in Mannington Adura Max. I have uploaded the plan of my basement. Needing advice on where to start. I am thinking of starting in the finished closet so that everything after that would be forward and i wouldn’t have to work backwards in any other rooms. Is this possible? Don’t really know how i would pull lines that deep in the room.
Other thought was to start in the lower left of the TV room and then do the office backwards, but everything else would be forward. Looking forward to your advice.

Hi Joe,
Yes, you are correct. I am not installing LVT in the bathroom or in that utility room in the upper right hand corner.
As for starting point, That blue square in the top right left hand corner. That is actually the finished closet. Do you still recommend starting in that room and then working backwards in that nook and then into the top left closet?
You are correct on layout (East to west)
My LVT Tiles are as shown in the attached pic. (Female- Top and Left, Male-Right and bottom.

Hi Joe.
Thank you so much for the recording. I was able to do my basement in just a few nights. I was also able to do my entire upstairs main floor without any problem. So about 2,500SF in all.
So, the stair nosing finally arrived (delays!) and i have a few questions.
Can i use the clear gorilla glue to glue the planks together and to the stair subfloors? I watched one of your stair flooring videos and you used another product, just wondering? Also, to get a perfect fit, do you recommend one of those stair template jigs they sell on amazon? Simialr to this?
