    Hi Joe,

So it looks like my concrete floor dips about 3/16 of an inch in some places. It was actually over 1/4 of inch in a couple of places but I used some self leveler and was able to get it to around 3/16 of an inch. (Before I joined your site.)

I’ve read that it needs to be below 1/8 of an inch for a proper install – what is your recommendation about this situation? How should I fix this?

Also, I know that you like to secure the first row using screws into the concrete but I am not sure will work for me since my room is 30′ long and my EVP is 2’x1′. Seems like I would have to drill a lot of holes for this first row (and I don’t even have a hammer drill.)

Would I be able to use the 1/4 inch gap triangle flooring spacers? something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08C5JT7GL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My walls are drywall with a gap underneath.
