Starting my project and praying it goes smooth!
Using Flooret base flooring. 6″ x 48″ long. Thinking of starting in the dining room, to minimize going backwards too much. Is that the right thought? I think it might be tricky to tie this together without transitions. So I’m a little worried about the “center line” down the hall, and its placement.
I’m a little worried about getting around this fire place. It is a block on the diagram, but as you see, it has a radius to it. Could use your thoughts.

Okay! Spacers ordered.
Yes, lets start in the bedroom, and work out from there.
As a note, there is a folding door where the water heater is located. I was planning to install to just under that door.
