Curved transition to carpet
I’m still planning my project, but one question I have now is how to do a curved transition from LVT to carpet. In the photo you see how the old hardwood flooring had a curved transition. The hardwood will be replaced (I know, I know) with LVT, probably Coretec Stone. How do I do this curved transition? There will be about a 3/4″ drop from the top of the LVT to the subfloor below the carpet. The carpet will be replaced once the kitchen remodel is done and the new flooring is in place, so if extra carpet is needed to roll the edge that won’t be a problem. I didn’t see this addressed anywhere but I might have missed it. Thanks in advance for help!
