Concrete Flaking?
Putting in LVP over a concrete slab. There was some plank down before. When I pulled it up I found this spot where it seems like the concrete is flaking, or has a hollow sound to it. Looks like they tried to level the concrete previously.
Should I try and break up the “flake” and smooth it out or do you think it’s ok?
