Hi Joe,
I’m about to start a bathroom flooring installation and require your assistance. Here are the areas I need guidance on:
1. Steps for the installation process.
2. Things to avoid during installation.
3. Strategies for working around a support beam and another post directly next to it.
4. Advice on dealing with areas near the furnace and water heater.I have already watched videos on handling the toilet and vanity areas. Currently, there’s existing flooring outside the bathroom. I plan to align the new flooring with its direction. I’d appreciate your confirmation on this approach, as well as tips on where and how to start.
If it’s not too much trouble, could you get back to me at your earliest convenience? I value your expertise and guidance on this project.
Lastly, please let me know if you need any more pictures or additional information. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for your quick response. I plan to use the drop & lock vinyl plank as I have already purchased enough to complete the bathroom. However, if you strongly recommend a different material, I’m open to your advice. If you believe the drop & lock vinyl plank will suffice, could you provide installation steps?
Regarding the pipe, my current plan is to install the plank around it, but I’m open to suggestions if you think another approach would be better.
Also, i will buy the tools you recommended to complete the job. Attached, please find images of the current plank direction, the vinyl plank itself, and the brand details.
