Hello Joe,
Please see attached floor plan with dimensions and photos for your reference. Based on your videos, we are thinking of laying flooring orientation parallel with the hallway.
One question I did have was how to transition once we get to that top stair and all along that short wall.
Any additional info you need, let me know, and thank you for all your advice/videos!

Thanks for the quick reply Joe!
It’s pronounced “Antwan”, but spelled Antoine.
We would like to run the orientation north/south. But when you get to the actual treads and risers would you switch the orientation to east/west? Seems more difficult to install north/south, but want to double check.
Also, please see attached photo of floor vent at the dining area. Would you advise how you approach floor vents next to walls? They are located below the windows at each bedroom, the dining room and living room.

Hi Joe,
My blueprint shows the kitchen cabinets, however, we decided to demo the entire kitchen and have cabinets/appliances arriving in March.
Would you recommend installing the flooring underneath the cabinets or should I leave that area out for now and work backwards once the cabinets are in place?
