Good morning Joe!

I want to start off by thanking you for praying for me. It was very gracious of you to take this unsolicited action and I was touched. Its become part of our common-American lexicon to say things like “sending you thoughts on prayers” or even “I’ll pray for you” but I think that has become shorthand for someone that is uncomfortable with a difficult event or situation and doesn’t know what to say or do and so they basically does nothing.

But your spontaneous prayer was clearly sincere and heartfelt. Thank you. 🙂

So on to flooring!

I watched the video of the walkthrough you sent. Generally makes sense and I think I know my next steps. One question that came up though was, If I lay down underlayment over the concrete in my basement to lay the planks on, what is the best way to “mark” chalk lines and proposed plank layouts on top of underlayment. I think it possibly can move as well. Any suggestions there?
