One additional question that I just realized I have is – how much flooring do you recommend ordering above/beyond the sqft I’ve measured? extra 10%? 20%? etc. Also- knowing we’ll eventually do the upstairs – do you think it’s a good idea to order it all now (I’ll store it in the basement or garage until next year when I have the time to tackle upstairs) or does it not really matter and just buy that flooring when we get there?
