We’re using the 5mm Meribel Elm. Thicker might be nicer, but this was the color we were looking for. Goes together nicely and the 7-1/8 inch width stayed constant over 40 courses if I kept the seams nice and tight. It does loosen up a bit while laying as you wiggle it, but seems to stay tight (2 weeks now) once you stop messing with it.
