Hi Joe,

Thanks very much for your explanation of the issues with using a flush mount stair nose. I will go ahead and use an overlapping stair nose. I received more confirmation from Shaw that they don’t make an overlapping stair nose. So, I looked around and found one from Home Depot that is pretty close.
