  Another where do I start question

  I’m going to putting down Luxury Vinyl Tile which are 24 x 12 inches in a bathroom that is 11 x 7 ft. There is a linen closet in there as well as an alcove that begins 16 inches in from the main wall. This causes the room to have no obvious starting point, but I think I know where to start. The tiles do not have a backing so I’m going to put down LVP Quiet Walk. So the 1st question is: how do I mark the starting line on the black plastic Quiet Walk? I don’t believe a chalk line will work.
