Sorry for the delay it took me a while to get to it in the back of the closet. I still need to remove the old carpet but I want to make sure I have the right solution first. I originally was planning on putting lvp so it is the same flooring but the hatch has me concerned. I have some leftover carpet from upstairs if that would be better. I just want to be able to slide bins without a large bump (transition piece) that would stop the bins. So ideas and suggestions would be greatly apperciated please.
