Would you know what these are?
Hi Joe,
I’ve purchased a rental property yesterday with a whopping 5-6 different types of flooring. I may possibly look to rent-by-the-room. I’m looking to remove the brand new carpet and I really need your help on a couple of things here:
1) Looking at what’s mostly prevalent in the hallway upstairs: chestnut 5″ LYHS104 engineered handscraped hardwood flooring 47″ X 5″ X 3/8″ attached and, if you think it makes sense for consistency and durability: possibly recommending an equivalent cost-and-time effective replacement(s)? So far, I’ve found the attached:

2)downstairs is: American Hickory Syrah LSPSYRAH 180 X 1220 X4.5mm (0.3mm/12mil), and, if you think it makes sense for consistency and durability: possibly recommending an equivalent cost-and-time effective replacement(s)? So far, I’ve found the attached: https://innovativesurfaces.co/products/lspsyrah
Also, if advised to proceed with these replacements, would you possibly recommend that I attempt to float these?
Please advise if you maybe able to personally help, and/or point me in the right direction of possibly a retailer that may be able to. The property is in Raleigh, NC.
Thanks,
Torrii
