  Hi Joe,

  I thought I posted a question earlier but I’m not sure where it went. I am wondering if it’s OK to lay flooring over this subfloor outside the shower. The black spots are nail holes as there was 1/4 inch underlayment here. The floor is ugly but seems solid. What are your thoughts. I also could use a little clarification on the order of laying plank here. In the blueprint video, you assumed there would only be space for one row here before the plank that comes through the doorway. In reality there is space for two so I assume I should put in one and then spacers for now? Hope this isn’t too confusing. Thanks, Bobbi-Lynne
